This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king in the master bedroom and a king in the guest bedroom. There is a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.

The bunk room is a smaller room with a door and window including a set of bunk beds and a small dresser. The kids will just love the bunk room! The kitchen is fully stocked and has many small appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October. Total square foot of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony.

Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.

Whether you like water activities, shopping, outdoor concerts, or just laying on the beach, there is plenty to do in Destin. Send us an email or give us a call to find out more. We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving in your condo, everything was great! Very comfortable beds, plenty of room, all the pots, pans, dishes needed to come up and prepare dinner after a beautiful day on the beach & we were so happy to be able to bring our 4 legged baby. We will be back..Dennis was great to work with!!

Professional, honest descriptions from owner/manager of property. The condo was even better than the pictures. Tastefull, well kept home with lovely partial ocean view, Sounds of crashing waves, very close to the private beach access. Location pedistrian and pet friendly. Lovely pools. Decorator linens and nicely stocked towels in bathrooms. Great kitchen. We loved our week in this condo!

Hey Dennis, I just wanted to tell you how great of a time my family and I had in Destin and at your condo. It was a great vacation. We really enjoyed staying at your place. Everyone raved about how nice it was. Thanks.

My family is already talking about having to make a return trip. My wife wants to come down at the end of the summer with the kids and the entire family wants to go back again for spring break. We will definitely be thinking of your condo when we decide to make another trip (hopefully with a bit more notice). My father-in-law even said at one point on the trip that I should contact you and reserve the place for next year already.
