This beautiful condo is a five-minute walk to the major hotels, the Mexican stock exchange, the fabulous new 222 Reforma shopping area, and major embassies. It is very close to Chapultepec Park with Mexico City's great museums. The beautiful Zona Rosa and Zona Polanco are a five-minute walk with their historic and elegant residences, luxury shops, and great restaurants.It is one mile from the historic center (Zocolo). One block to the bus and five blocks to the subway.

¡Living Locally in Mexico City!

We rented the apartment for a month while attending language school.
It was well equipped for self catering and also very convenient for a variety of restaurants close by when we were done with fending for ourselves.
Building security was excellent with additional individual monitored alarm system for the apartment. Internet connection was flawless.
Proximity to Metrobus/Metro and buses running along the Reformer makes getting around the city a breeze - 5 pesos a ride!
Very easy to make booking arrangements with owner and local contact Luz was very helpful.
If we decide to continue our studies next year this will be the place to stay.

Apartamento amplio, claro, limpio, con todas las comodidades, muy bien equipado, wifi impecable y además increiblemente ubicado, en el cruce de Insugentes con Reforma, pero manteniendo la tranquilidad y el silencio, a un paso del supermercado, del metrobus y de restaurantes abiertos a todas horas. Pero además, tanto Luz y su esposo, los anfitriones locales, como Oscar, el conserge, son ejemplo de la amabilidad mexicana. En conclusión, pasamos unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia, con mi esposo y mis hijos de 17 y 15 años, gracias a este genial apartamento, desde donde descubrimos una hermosa ciudad, Lo recomendamos totalmente. Perfect for Our Needs

I recently stayed at this terrific apartment while visiting Mexico City for the first time in July 2010. Unfortunately, it was a bit rainy during our visit so coming home to a nicely equipped and comfortable apartment was much appreciated. The location was extremely easy to locate and to direct cab drivers when we were taking taxis. Additionally, it is nicely located between the sites so we never had to go far to site see.
Booking the apartment and coordinating with the owner was a breeze and I would definitely recommend the apartment if you are looking for a great location, nice clean, modern apartment to stay in while in Mexico City. I like the independence of staying in apartments (as compared to hotels) and the ability to prepare my own meals. Plus there was wifi!

Stayed here with my family in January and had a very good experience! Walking distance to all. The apartment was clean, well maintained and in a very nice neighborhood with late night restaurants near by. Owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Since we enjoy visiting Mexico City, we will always make this apartment our first choice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
