Your home away from home is located here in the upscale Ko’olina Fairways. The Fairways is a classically designed community of condos nestled along the 2nd and 5th holes of the world class Ted Robinson designed golf course, the centerpiece of the Ko’olina Resort complex.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a second floor unit with almost 1000 square feet of living area sitting atop the spacious two car garage in the center of the community. The community pool and hot tub is a stone’s throw from the condo and features a barbecue grill and outdoor eating area, both of which can be reserved with a quick phone call.
Stroll to any one of the 5 crystal clear, white sand lagoons on the resort in a matter of minutes or take the complimentary golf cart and make use of the golf cart parking at any one of those lagoons.
The golf cart itself is a wonderful feature to the condo, whether playing at the beach or enjoying a spa day at the Ihilani by Mariott or the new Disney hotel. The golf cart can be driven safely anywhere on the resort and can easily tote those bulky beach items (coolers, sand toys, etc). You won’t have to worry about finding parking on the weekend beach days or on a busy Friday evening at Roy’s Restaurant – simply drive up and make use of the available golf cart parking
The condo itself is recently upgraded, spacious 3 bedroom design. The Master bedroom and bath are located to the rear of the unit and features a large mirrored closet, dresser and nightstands and large king sized bed.
The additional two bedrooms share the condo’s second bathroom. One is equipped with a full sized bed and one with a queen. Each room is tastefully furnished with island themed décor which will contribute mightily to your laid back and relaxing vacation mindset.
The hardwood bamboo floors, kitchen tile and granite countertops are all recent upgrades and set this unit apart from similar Fairways units by adding a touch of sophistication without abandoning the breezy vacation lifestyle. The fully furnished kitchen and dining area offer a price conscious option to eating out every night. A large side by side refrigerator, oven and stovetop and all the basics necessities (coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, silverware, pots & pans, etc) await your culinary efforts.
Finally, just because you’re in paradise doesn’t mean you have to forgo the luxuries of modern life; wireless internet (54.0 mbps), printer, scanner and fax capability, and a 42” 1080i HD TV with DVR all contribute to maximizing your full enjoyment of your stay with us!
3 bedroom rental unit was equipped with everything that we needed for a wonderful and restful stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. And having access to a golf cart was a wonderful amenity.
If you have never been to Hawaii/Oahu this area of the island offers a wonderful break from the crowded and commercial Waikiki area, while still being close enough by car to see everything. The beaches on the West side of the island are beautiful and empty (Surf is high during winter and very calm during summer.) Year round the beach coves at Ko Olina are perfect for small kids, super calm and gentle. ( I have been bringing my kids there since they have been 3 months old). I would highly recommend a stay at this unit in Ko Olina. The owner was super accommodating and helpful.
I can not say enough good things about this rental and it's owner. The location is fantastic for anyone who wants to enjoy family friendly get away with easy access to beaches, golf in a secure and peaceful atmosphere far away from the traffic issues of Honolulu. I stayed here for 5 months and enjoyed each and every day. The golf cart is a big bonus for carrying items to the beach, plus the house has lots of additional support items (beach chairs, water toys, flippers, etc.) If you want value for money you can not beat this rental for a week, a month, or longer.
This is a great family location with lagoons & a beautiful private pool in the complex. The condo is spacious, clean & the sofa is very comfortable. It was great to have the use of the golf cart to ride around the lagoons, hotels & shops.
The complex is away from the hotels yet close enough to go by golf cart to dinner or abc shop for supplies. There is also a costco & movie theater a 10 minute drive away. We used the BBQ at the pool most nights to grill our dinner, & the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots. blender etc. We had the pleasure of meeting Momo the owner, who was very helpful & accommodating.
Great location in beautiful ko olina. The lagoons are just a short distance away, close enough to walk but the golf cart provided made it so easy to pack up beach gear etc. We also enjoyed the pool in the complex and used the BBQ there most nights to grill our dinner.The condo was spacious & the sofa was very comfortable to lay around on at night. If you plan to Visit west Oahu this is a great family location. There is a costco, movie theatre and shopping 10 minutes away. Momo has made a great information book with all the highlights of the area as well.
We have never rented a condo before, so we went to the Internet to look for condo information and to read reviews - some reviews were good and some contained horror stories. So, when it came time to contact the owner of the condo that we liked we were justifiably cautious. The owner was very helpful and provided pictures and videos of the condo. Everything looked good, so we continued our negotiations.
When we arrived at the condo we were pleasantly surprised to see that the pictures did not do justice to the actual building and rooms. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with all the normal amenities and then some. There were two large screen TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room that contained a DVR and a DVD player.
We appreciated all the helpful travel information that was provided in the condo.
In the attached garage was an electric golf cart that was provided for our use. It was more an electric car than a golf cart. It was great for getting around the Ko Olina complex. It seems that whenever we stopped, people would come up to me and ask questions about the vehicle.
If we ever go back to Oahu again, we will definitely want to stay at this condo.
We had a wonderful stay here! The Condo was just how the pictures showed it, it was clean, spacious, and great for our kids to run and play around, there are plenty of things to do around the resort/condo area like take beautiful walks, jogging along the beach, etc. The owner is excellent to work with and has outlined fun things to do and good places to eat on the island and the city nearby Ko Olina in a notebook that you can see when you arrive! One of the best things about this rental property are the beautiful lagoons and the golf cart we would take to the beach each day. We loved lagoon #2, we were able to snorkel and even swim with a sea turtle! It was a very calm, quiet neighborhood and perfect for the relaxing vacation we were seeking. It is also right by the H1 so you can get to all the other fun places on the island as well! We loved our stay here and would recommend it to others wanting a great vacation!

$3200/month ($1850 due within 10 days of making your reservation). $3200 security deposit (returned after successful move out inspection less required and documented repairs). $1000 good faith deposit to secure your dates - credited to your total bill. Each monthly bill is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the purchased month's stay. $300 move out cleaning fee.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
