The unit is a large two-bedroom, two story condo. On the first floor is the living room, dining room, full kitchen and bath. On the second floor are the two bedrooms and full bath with shower. The unit is on the 5th and 6th floors, faces the ocean to the south, and overlooks the swimming pool. There is a balcony connecting the living room and dining room on the 1st floor and a balcony connecting the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The condo is right on the ocean Mazatlan gold zone. There is a Marina next door which provides good viewing from the balcony. Swimming pool and clay tennis courts on the premises.
