This is a truly charming lower unit! You'll fall in love with it as well. Just listed - so calendar is wide open for now. An attractive desert landscaped path leads up to the front door. This lower level two bedroom, two bath condo is a bright and airy 1255 sq. feet. We have taken it upon ourselves to furnish it immaculately - newer carpeting, paint, blinds and kitchen appliances liven up the condo. The dining area boasts a built-in bar, complete with a mini refrigerator and sink. A rarity in most rentals! Both bedrooms have access to their own private patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. There is a private laundry room for your use on the premises. Even more wonderful is the location of the condo. It is in a shaded part of the country club, very private, quiet and clean. The pool and tennis court areas are very close, as is the golf course.
