This 5200 sqft water front retreat property, settled on beautiful Lake Norman, a quiet, private country club setting. Great for family get aways, reunions, weddings, fully decorated for all holidays, great for your company or family Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving & New years party. A gorgeous 2000sqft outdoor patio, outdoor bar with grill area, fire place, jacuzzi hottub, gas fire fountain, a tent is available w/side, covers the entire patio w/ heater, patio connects to 1500sqft indoor entreating area with full service bar, pool table,theater area,pinball machine. In the living quarters you have five bedroom, five bath, master bedroom has plasma tv, large rain shower stand up shower, jacuzzi tub, with plasma tv just above the tub to watch your favorite show while soaking in heaven. Full commercial kitchen, with two ovens,food warmer, two dishwashers. Music is through out the property for your entertainment. We offer catering, wait and bar staffing, DJ, or anything you want!
