Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Beautiful property located on the highly desired Peninsula in Marina Del Rey, California offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Monica Mountains. On a clear day you can see Catalina Island from the balcony. This gorgeous first floor unit is tastefully decorated with beautiful, original art pieces yet feels comfortable and homey. The condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are televisions with cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. We have a gas BBQ on the patio.

This is the perfect spot in Marina Del Rey on one of the best beaches. This beach is the hidden gem of Los Angeles, as you'll be able to escape the crowds here. There are two parking spots available and bikes upon request. The condo is an easy walk down to many bars, markets, shops and restaurants. There is a sand volleyball court just steps from the front door.
