Hale Kamaole is a low rise condominium, in south Kihei, with beautifully appointed grounds filled with lush tropical plants and green grass. Relax at the quiet pool with an ocean view just steps from the lanai, play tennis at the ocean view court,or stroll to the beach for an early morning swim. Afterwards enjoy a walk down the ocean front promenade to convenient restaurants, stores and a plethora of shops that will meet all your needs. Walk to Molokini snorkel/dive departure dock. When you crave warmth sit on the lanai surrounded by tropical foliage and breathe the fresh Hawaiian air.
Inside the condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and recently upgraded. New tile floors throughout in December 2008. A very comfortable new queen size sofa bed, two side chairs with two ottomans, dresser, bookshelf and 32 inch HDTV with DVD are in the living room.
A complete kitchen and bath remodel was completed in May 2005 featuring new DeWils cabinets and laminate counter tops plus a new microwave, dishwasher and sink. A step stool located in the laundry room can be used to access higher shelves in the kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom features new cabinets, mirror, light fixture, and shower with a high shower head. Unit offers a large shower only space. The bedroom features a new king size bed (December 2010), a large closet and bedroom furniture including a teak headboard, nightstands,dresser and mirror. A new 27 inch HDTV was added in December 2010.
Closest pool is 20 feet away and features a gorgeous view of the ocean. Lower pool is 75 yards away, across the street from the ocean. Tennis courts on property. Signup sheet for the courts is located at the cabana adjacent to the lower pool. Golf nearby in Wailea and Kihei. Shops, stores, restaurants within walking distance.

We love the beaches in Kihei and nearby Wailea. The surf is perfect for boogie boarding. The reef at the Hale Kamaole beach III is great for snorkeling and the beach is perfect for kids and for sand castle building.
