Well-maintained, cozy and comfy condo at the best location at Shanty Creek Resort: The top of Summit Mountain, and a short walk away from the newly renovated Lakeview Hotel & Conference Center! You can Ski Schuss Mountain or Cedar River with your Summit Mountain lift ticket; just drive down the street (or grab the shuttle) and jump on the lift. Also close to the tubing park, and ski rental (inside Lakeview Hotel). A brief walk to the shuttle for golf season. The front deck overlooks the famous Summit Village Golf Course (on 10th tee) and the Legend Club House is adjacent. Legend, Summit, Cedar River and Schuss Mountain golf courses are on the resort and The Chief (off-resort) is a very quick drive away. **contact Shanty Creek for ski/golf hours of operation.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Cleaning fee for weekly stays is $60.00. Weekend stays: 2 night minimum. Last minute stays (booking during the same week as check-in) is negotiable, based on availability. Signed rental agreement and $200 fully refundable security deposit required to book reservation (sent back 10 'business' days after checkout). No pets are allowed in this condo. Also this is a non smoking condo.
  • Holiday rates apply for New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Last minute stays (booking week of check-in) are negotiable and require payment via PayPal (there is a 2.9% plus $0.30 fee per transaction that renter must pay).

Great Winter Stay at Trappers!

Our family had a great stay at this Trapper's Condo. The location has a short walk to the Summit slopes and a short drive to the big hill at Schuss. The unit is clean and well maintained. We had lots of snow and even some sunshine so we did lots of skiing. This unit served as a perfect base camp for our winter weekend Up North.

Nice place for a getaway

The condo was well kept and cozy for a family gathering. There was a nice supply of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, as well as board games and cards for the evening. Everything worked wonderfully and was pretty well kept!

AWESOME STAY!!!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson(3yrs), and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend as we attended a wedding in Traverse City. It was cozy, spacious, quiet, and stocked with everything just like home...all we had to bring was food & drinks. The owners are wonderful people to work with...rent this condo...you will not be disappointed!!!

Thank goodness there was snow!

The condo was clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order. Situated near the golf course gave the kids a lot of snow to play in. The sad part was that Shanty was like a ghost town and we had to go to Shuss for skiing everyday. Hopefully things will turn around and Shanty will be like it was years ago. Had a great week skiing and resting. Would recommend this property!

Nice Shanty Creek Condo

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo. Perfect place to stay for a golf weekend in northern Michigan. Very neat and clean. Ideal for 2 couples that want separate baths or even for a couple golfers that want separate bedrooms for privacy. Nice location close enough to the main lodge to walk to dinner or the pool. Great setting with lots to do but also peace and quiet if you desire.
