Penthouse of Dreams is a beautiful contemporary style home located in Paseo del Sol Suite Resort in the private gated community of Playacar. Enter this spacious penthouse to a marble flooring throughout and exquisite decoration. This home sleeps 5 comfortably with a king size bed in the two master suites, each with a private terrace overlooking the lush tropical garden, backdrop of the golf course, and pool below. The guest room has 1 single bed. Each bedroom has its own en suite and lots of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the living area is complete with SKY satellite TV and a DVD player. Finally, enjoy the wonderful rooftop terrace, a BBQ grill, and a private jacuzzi. Free wireless internet access is provided in the lobby. Playa del Carmen’s white sandy beach and famous 5th Avenue are only a 5 and 10 minute walk away!

  • There is one cleaning service per week included with the rental rate. If you wish to schedule extra cleanings during your stay, you may for $20.00 per day. Gratuity for the cleaning lady will be appreciated.

    There is a $500 refundable damage deposit required. This will be refunded to you during the following week after your check-out, assuming that there are no losses or damages.
  • We accept Credit cards through PayPal, and we will be happy to send you an invoice to make payments easy. Credit card payments require the PayPal Service Fee of 4.5% of the total rental rate.
