Updated in June 2014 we have painted the entire home. New pics are up.. Gone are the dark colors and trim. We have painted the home with light colors similar to our other properties. This house was our first vacation home rental. It has all the qualities in a house that we have learned are important to our guests. Lots of living space, Central Air Conditioning, Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and dishes, and fresh linens, Cable TV in all the bedrooms with flat screens, a pool Table and Ping Pong Table , Clean and updated, All of the supplies you would need to serve up a great vacation.
This house offers over 3900 square feet of living with a beautiful back yard. Spacious and comfortable the living area offers a little something for everyone.
The house is perfect for your family reunion, wedding party accommodations, or a great vacation. There are beds on the first and upper levels. Ideal options for your elders if need be. We have also installed an ADA toilet ( higher seat) on the first floor to help with the elders and a step in shower stall for there needs.( Not rails)The upper floor has a tubbed bath and shower , as well as master full bath. Onsite full size commercial front load washer and dry. Central Air Conditioning with 2 zones. The home has great living space with two living rooms. One has seating for ten with a Florida room off it for dining overlooking the landscaped backyard and outdoor shower. The other has a mahogany pool table with ping pong table conversion top and more seating. Linens are available and included in all rentals. Each bedroom has a 26'' in flat screen with a 46'' over the fireplace in the family room. Expanded Cable, Internet service, WiFi! Bring your video equipment a gaming tv is available
Ongoing updates and changes each year. 2014 the home has been freshly painted inside to move forward with our seaside theme that has been established in our family cottage conversion 'The Beach House' and our newest 7 bedroom conversion advertised here on homeaway in the adjacent neighborhood of Eastward Look.
Season vs College Time: As RI is messy in the winter months it is a great time when the landscaping is done, the flowers planted, the patio furniture put out and grill. This house transforms with artwork ,linens, towels etc. So come push the wagon with your chairs and coolers to the beach, come back and enjoy a great cookout on the grill, sit in the back yard on the deck and enjoy the cool sea breeze. Summer is the best time of year in Narragansett and truely deserves the two week period of preparation.Welcome

WE HAVE ELIMINATED SECURITY DEPOSITS for summer 2012, YES believe it or not we hate them too. So we purchase on your behalf an insurance policy for those unplanned damages that may occur during your period of stay.. This is a onetime $69 fee which is charged at lease time.

payable by cash, check,or money order in U.S. funds. All non-U.S. Bank Drafts and checks are subject to collection and
processing fees. To avoid excessive bank fees, we require obtaining drafts on
??AMENITIES: Pillows, Mattress Pads and Comforters are provided. Sheets if so designated by your rental agreement.
Tenants shall furnish detergents, paper products, trash bags, toiletries,
and food items. If property amenities are listed on the contract, no guarantees
are made to accuracy. If any appliance, heating or cooling unit, jetted tub, hot
tub, television, DVD or VCR does not work, Lisa and Pete Mastors will attempt to
have it repaired/replaced as soon as possible. The tenant shall not be entitled to
any refund for an inoperative appliance or amenity. We do not guarantee any recreations equipment present on property.
??REFUNDS: No refunds will be made due to unfavorable weather, maintenance
problems, and inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, disruption of utility
services or early departure due to an emergency. No refunds given if any portion of the lease has been violated.
??PROVIDED EQUIPMENT: All properties are equipped with refrigerators and
stoves. Properties are furnished with dishes, glasses, eating and cooking
utensils, coffee pot, toaster, television. See Homeaway or VRBO listing for details.
??KEY PICK UP AND DROP OFF: directions for obtaining your keys will prior to your arrival via email, text, or phone contact.
Keys will not be given to anyone under 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required.
I am a RI native who grew up during the summer in Narragansett, graduated from URI and lived down the line, and subsequently spent most of my adult life raising my son in the Narragansett area. We take pride in the home that you are viewing as it was my son's home during his academic years at URI. We operate it as a family project not a 'mill'. We manage it ourselves with capable handyman to keep a more family oriented experience. We make every attempt to accomodate earlier check in and will call you by cell as soon as the turnover is complete. You are always welcome to park, grab the beach chairs and head down to the sand. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. We have a list of FAQ's that we continue from previous renters.

We really enjoyed staying at your house this past week, it was very accomodating and it really met our needs, it was a great week!
Our family has rented this property for several years in a row and we love it! There is a ton of space, it is spotless when we arrive, and location is convenient to all. You cannot beat the walk to the beach. Everything you could ever need is stocked and it keeps getting better each year! Lisa, the owner, is responsive and friendly, a pleasure to deal with! We love coming to gansett every Summer and knowing that we have this house to come back to is awesome.
For the fourth year, we rented this large air conditioned property for our family of 8 adults and four grand children, ages 11 to 1. We love the layout which provides quiet, private bedrooms for everyone as well as a family room with lots of comfortable seating. The master suite is great with its own bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen remodel was very nice with the new appliances, new quality countertops and breakfast bar. Beautiful Scarborough Beach is a 3/4 mile walk from the house. Sand toys and beach towels are provided. Board games and a Ping pong table are available. The back yard and deck are nice for all to enjoy. An outside shower is nice to have. The owner is pleasant and assistance with house concerns should there be any is prompt. We love to vacation in RI and this house feels like home.
Recently a bunch of my friends and I rented this house for a weekend gateway. It was absolutely perfect and Lisa was awesome to work with!
