Not your average rental house on Ocracoke! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom modern house with open floor plan and cathedral ceilings is perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the expansive screened porch nestled in the trees, or prepare your fresh local seafood feast in the well equipped kitchen (herb garden in back yard).

If you know the Outer Banks, then you know that Ocracoke Island is the 'Jewel' of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This house is centrally located on a dead end street within walking/biking distance to everything in the village. Only a short bike ride or drive, and you will find yourself on one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

The master bedroom has a king and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen, twin trundle bed, and a twin mattress in loft. The third bedroom has a full bed. Linens are not provided but are available on the island for rental.

Gulfstream Fishing: Gulfstream fishing is one of the more exciting activities you can experience on your Ocracoke vacation. If you plan to bring along your own boat, we can provide deep water dockage in Silver Lake Harbor for an additional fee.

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed 6 people for 1 week in Ocracoke at this wonderful house after 18 hours drive. We like very much the house's architecture , the owner is very talented and very kind. Everything was perfect , this gorgeous house with full space for all of us is very well equipped , and very, very comfortable. We cooked good fresh fishes in this chief kitchen.The large porch was splendid, very comfortable and without bugs. We found good restaurants, wide beaches, big waves and warm sea , in short, we had a very good holiday in Ocracoke, and we expect to come back.

Nice large house with huge great room. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Large pleasant screened porch. Good location-quiet dead end street. Loft is tiny and part of the second bedroom.

Beautiful, relaxing vacation home!

This home is beautiful! A well thought out construction using interesting and innovative materials/design. The screened porch is FABULOUS!! This house is just as described (and pictured); well maintained and clean. The location is a convenient walk, bike ride or drive to everything on Ocracoke. Brian is a very nice guy, easy to talk to and he made sure we knew that the Hatteras ferry wasn't running. Thank you for opening up your home to us, Brian!! Our best meals out were at Howard's Pub and the Back Porch. The clam chowder at Dajio's is different but very tasty. Definitely plan on coming back to this house in the future!

This home was perfect. From the shady screened in porch to the Ikea-esq decor, the 8 of us felt very comfortable, never crowded. The kitchen is well appointed and the location is convenient to everything.
