Our Home:
From the moment you and your loved ones open the door to our 3200 SF immaculatly maintained luxurious villa, you will see that this home has been professionally furnished & decorated to the highest standards. Everything is new! We purchased our property in 2009. All of the master bedrooms have Sealy posturepedic mattresses, executive furniture, cozy, comfortable and open layouts. All six bedrooms have flat screen LCD TV's (kids rooms TV's are wall mounted for safety). There are two twin bed themed rooms with a trundle bed in Mickey room! The beautiful and oversized master king suite has a king bed, 32' TV, and a reading accent chair. The doors from this bedroom open to a calm, decorated sizeable master bath with his and her sinks, large walk in glass shower and a soaking tub. Also there are two other wonderful queen bed master suites both with walk-in closets and fine art work.
Comfort:
All the rooms through out our home have new variable speed fans and the home is cooled entirely by central A/C for your comfort. There is a formal living room and a formal dining room with a table that seats six but can easily accommodate additional diners. The formal living room has a love seat and sleeper sofa for two if you should have an unexpected guest or two. There is a 52' LCD flat screen HD TV in the family room as well as a DVD player. The kitchen overlooks the family room and the dinette so you can enjoy the presence of your family while preparing meals, if you choose to cook. The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, glass top electric stove, a microwave, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, and plenty of dishes, cooking and baking utensils, glassware, beer mugs, wine glasses, etc. The laundry room comes with a full-size load washer and electric dryer. There is also a huge pantry in the same room with more shelves.
Kids Fun:
Now the for the 6th bedroom/game room....movie themed haven, with the 8 big icon posters of today's idols and stars. Your little ones will love the movie themed layout with a 32' LCD Flat screen wall mounted HD TV with DVD player and Nintendo game system with many, many games for all ages. The closet was shelved to house the enormous amount of board games, puzzles, movies, arts and crafts and other games for all to enjoy. This room also has an awesome, colorful, three way adjustable futon.
