Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

This is a recently updated four Bedroom, four Bathroom (each bedroom has its own private bath and TV), tri-level townhome, just recently awarded the "VIP" status, the highest rating on the Sea Pines rental program. It is spacious with an open floor plan and lots of windows and includes a dining room and large family room complete with a wetbar.

The condo has new pergo flooring and also tile for the fully-equipped kitchen and all bathrooms. It sleeps 12 people: one bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom has two double beds, and the other two bedrooms have a "King swing," where it can be set up as a King or two twins. There is also a Queen-size pull-out couch in the family room.

This condo is located in the Heart of Harbourtown in the exclusive Sea Pines Plantation (a gated community), just next to the Harbourtown Golf Clubhouse. The large private pool is just steps from 1 of the 5 private balconies/decks and can be viewed from the entire living area and 2 of the 4 Bedrooms - Truly Paradise at its Best!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Just returned from vacation at this property with friends. We had 2 families with kids staying in the villa, and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well-maintained, and overall an enjoyable stay. The pool was very nice and it was great to be so close to Harbourtown. The owner was very helpful both in advance of our stay and when the other family had trouble with the people at the gate being unable to find a car pass for them. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We especially enjoyed the tri-level layout. Having bedrooms on 2 separate levels made it easy for each family to have their own space, while also being able to enjoy each other in the family room. Also, the kitchen was very nice and well-equipped for those of us who like to cook while on vacation. One of the best equipped kitchens of anywhere I have ever stayed.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great location in Harbourtown. 1 block from Harbour and all the restaurants and shops. Steps to golf course. 5 steps to pool and great view of pool from entire villa!
Villa is spacious for 10-12 and fully- equipped. Owner is easy and great to work with--thank you! We will definitely be back.

A perfect holiday

We spent two weeks in this beautifully decorated town home and enjoyed every single moment of our vacation. We appreciated to be very close to lovely Harbor Town, and our kids loved to swim in the pool next door. The condo was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We really felt home which was something considering our own home is so far away... We would definitely recommend this property to people looking for a nice, sporty and easy family vacation.
