Imagine being surrounded by forever views, where you are on a lava point jutting into the surf. You can relax on the lanai and drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in stereo. Or, you can drink your favorite beverage and watch spinner dolphins and whales. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the ocean breeze and gorgeous views. The layout is romantic, with shoji doors opened to expose the fabulous queen-size bed, with the bold tropical cover. From the master bedroom, the view is only of the ocean. The large screen cable TV is viewable from either the living room or can be rotated to be viewed from bed. The second bedroom, private with a set of twin beds, convertible to a king bed, also has a panoramic view of the ocean, the coast, and Kona Town. There are two bathrooms with granite over deep red Brazil wood cabinets and new tile. The kitchen has granite counters and is complete with all new dish and silverware. All that is missing is you!

This condo is in a perfect area for convenience, fun and a dream come true Hawaiian Island experience! Located only 20 minutes from the airport and only minutes from Costco, all stores, restaurants, night life and all water activities including surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, fishing and tide pooling. This condo in on a point with north and south ocean facing windows, making it great for views and cool ocean breezes. The lanai is shaded all day long. Being on the Iron Man route, it is great for walking, running and bicycle riding. Directly below the condo's lanai, there is water access for scuba, snorkeling and swimming. Folks enjoy tide pools and fish from the same area. Often our guests see spinner dolphin in the mornings and whales in season. The views are absolutely stunning and the waves and ocean sounds are mesmerizing. Location, location, location is what this condo is all about about for your Hawaiian experience!
