This Orlando area villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 master suites and a private pool and spa. The villa is located nearby I-4 for easy access to major theme parks. The villa is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated in 2009. It has central air conditioning throughout the villa and is well equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need in your own home. Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool, spa and a large pool deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool can be heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. The community which includes a clubhouse with a pool, gym, games room, cyber cafe, movie rentals and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Orlando Disney area. The villa has a luxurious, yet welcoming and homely feel that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida. Our spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and will easily sleep 8-10.

I wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed the home! It was fantastic! We loved the fact that it was right across from the Club House as well. Our kids liked the home so much that they looked forward to returning home after the day at the parks! I made sure to leave the home sparkling clean when we left. It was also very nice having the washer and dryer too! Thank you so much for opening your home to us to rent. It was great and we would definitely do it again. It was actually kind of bittersweet leaving, my girls said they will miss “the Benjamin”, yes they named the home “the Benjamin”…. They like doing that. They also named the van we rented “Helen!” Ha. Ha. Laura, Maple Grove, Minnesota

I rented this property for 9 days in January 2010. The unit is very clean, neat, and new. The neighbor hood is very nice with a security gate and service. The clubhouse is right across the street with a very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly reccommend this property and have intentions of returning to this exact unit for my next trip to Orlando.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
