Our luxury home is accessed right off the mountain from your own private deck! Have kids? We have our very own private 'backyard' just off the main room deck! See our photos! Our unique setting provides enjoyment where you can relax fireside or have a glass of wine on the deck and watch your kids safely play within your view. Our home is ideally located in the heart of Durango Mountain Resort (approx. 30 miles north of downtown Durango) and can be found on maps between the towns of Durango and Silverton. We are nestled in the spectacular San Juan Mountains where views are both abundant and breathtaking! We are a true ski-in and ski-out property in the winter where you can literally ski on to the main deck! In the summer come visit for Music in the Mountains -- just steps away -- and listen to a wide array of musical venues! For those wanting to venture out, take a drive on Hwy 550, known as the 'Million Dollar Highway', the views are incredible as you head north toward SIlverton and Ouray.

In addition, there is a huge bonus/game room with sofa (Queen sleeper pull-out), TV, game table, foosball & full bathroom. A perfect place for kids to hang out, play games & relax away from the parents! The 2nd level is the main living & dining area with plenty of room to eat, lounge fireside & watch the outdoor mountain activities through the 18-foot soaring windows. This area is an entertainer's delight with an open floorplan with full-size gourmet kitchen, dining table, comfy swivel rockers plus plenty of other seating. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms on this level (1 room w/ Cal King bed & private balcony, the other room w/ 2 Full beds) and another full bathroom. On the third level you will find another full bathroom, bedroom (with bunkbed - Full on top/Queen on bottom) and the Master Suite. The Master Suite boasts a Cal King bed, fireplace, walk-in closet & jacuzzi tub!
