Why the Owner Chose Seal Beach:
We have always enjoyed Seal Beach and lived here many years ago. After moving back from Hawaii we knew we wanted and needed to live by the water. Our house is one home to the Pacific Ocean and the opportunities with the cool breezes, ocean walks etc. were well worth the move to live here again. The ability to come home after working all day and walk or ride a bike to the grocery store, movies, pier and many restaurants is a treat worth experiencing. Enjoy life. -The Osti's
