Our three bedroom and two bathroom home is newly refreshed with paint and all new flat screen T.V.s. Sure to offer you the comforts of home combined with luxury. This luxury home is located in the prestigious Ocotillo community and is equipped with all of the extras. Lakes, playgrounds and a golf course wind through the area in addition to a four-mile biking/walking/jogging path that circles Ocotillo Golf Course. Located near the 101 Freeway, San Tan 202 freeway, and Interstate 10, this home is in the perfect location from which to zip in and around Phoenix.

The backyard is designed for enjoying the Arizona weather on the large covered patio. Equipped with a gas grill and large table with six chair it is perfect for a barbecue. We also added a brand new hot tub that seats six. The view from the backyard and through the patio door shows off the beautiful and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.

The interior is warm and comfortable, decorated with a sophisticated traditional style. Relax in the living room on the down couch in front of the 65' screen TV. Turn on your laptop and access wireless high speed internet or connect to the printer if needed. The master suite boasts a large master bathroom, king-size bed and walk-in closet.

This house is upgraded throughout and perfectly located to take advantage of everything Phoenix has to offer.

We absolutely love the Ocotillo area in Chandler AZ. Its in the perfect place! This house is located in the Ocotillo Golf Course Community and steps away from the four mile loop around the course perfect for walking, running, biking, or roller blading. It is also located near a variety of shops and restaurants, and the Chandler Fashion Square. This home is near access to San Tan Hwy 202, I10, or Hwy 101.

Staying in our property has the benefit of a discount at Ocotillo Golf Course and Bernard's Restaurant. You will be just a few miles from our new home so we are easily accessible to assure you have a perfect stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 months and it proved to be a great place! The owners are very responsive to anything you need and the property is very well maintained. The location was fantastic as you can see the golf course from the neighborhood and it is very close to the property. We really enjoyed the location as we could walk to a playground for the kids, access 3 ponds, and bike/walk to the local grocery store! All in all it was a great stay!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
