The apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 1 twin bed. The north facing wall glass windows to a majestic ocean view at the east facing a incredible view to a beach and El Yunque only rain forest of America. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 24-inch LCD TV with VCR & DVD player. The building has a laundry room and 1 parking first come first serve a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.This apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation in a safe area where you can enjoy a good walk with no worries. It is in a touristic area, walking from beautiful beaches (most popular is Ocean Park Beach).
