Amazing Views! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 fireplaces, beachfront home is on Mandalay Beach. The main entertainment and living area are on the 1st floor with large 900 sq. ft. wood deck on sand and outdoor shower, This house includes a hot tub/jacuzzi and 2 fire pits. Pets will be considered. USE OUR GEAR! We have kayak's, bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, and a standing paddle board. Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 60 inch commercial stove, warming drawer, ice maker, and commercial sized refrigerator and freezer. Dining area opens to oceanfront deck with expansive 16' foot wide door. Sleeps 12.

Short drives to Ventura and Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez and Solvang, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Malibu and Los Angeles offer numerous activities. Mandelay Beach is a great beach for all kinds of water activities, surfing, scuba diving, body surfing, boogie boarding, deep sea fishing, and sight seeing. This place has it all!
