This property will be professionally decorated and furnished in December 2009 - everything will be new. This includes furniture, china, every-day tableware, glasses, flatware, cookware, etc. Bedrooms to include new comforters and linens. Bathrooms will be supplied with new color-coordinated towels. (Photos are of the prior furnishings) the two-bedroom house with one-bedroom casita is in the Oakwood Country Club gated adult community (55+) of Sun Lakes. This adult community boasts five country clubs with all the amenities you would expect.
