  • To hold the reservation we require a $100.00 deposit through Paypal.com which is refundable as long as you don't cancel within 30 days to your reserved date and the balance of payment is payable upon arrival. Also, upon your arrival to the apartment there is a REFUNDABLE $250.00 security deposit that will be returned to you at check out.

A number of years ago we began travelling with our children and sought out apartment accommodations for cost, comfort and convenience. Whether in the US or abroad, with too many people for a single hotel room or one taxi, the answer was to find apartments in neighborhoods with full kitchens and access to public transit systems.

We recently travelled to NYC for a weekend to visit colleges with our teenage son. Having visited the city before, we knew that we wanted to stay in Midtown - centrally located and close to all of the sights and activity, but just far enough from it all for undisturbed sleep.

This apartment is everything the description claims! Clean and comfortable, fully stocked, extraordinarily secure and close to everything. The roof terrace is not to be missed! Kevin and his staff are extraordinarily accommodating and attentive. You really believe that they want your stay to be free of hassles, and that you get everything you are promised.

We could walk to everything - Central Park, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Boradway, Subways, Times Square. Empire State Building, Hudson River...

All of the restaurants of Midtown and Hells Kitchen are at your disposal, but don't forget you have a kitchen. The market is just down the street, and you can keep breakfast items to prepare in house. This always helps to get a faster start off to your day.

I only hope now that my son chooses to go to school in this city so that we have plenty of opportunities to return. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Place!

We had the wonderful pleasure of staying at this apartment over this past weekend. It was perfect for us (2 couples), we never felt like it was too small, beautifully done inside, amazing views both from the apartment and from the rooftop. The location was great, convieniently located but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Will definitely book here again for a return trip, and will recommend to friends who will be coming to the city. Thanks Kevin!

Elegant wohnung with breathtaking view

My husband and I lived 6 days in the wonderful Appartment directly in Manhattan in direct nearness to the Times Square. To the Subway these were only 5 minutes on foot and the view of this flat was simply great. The building disposes of a very nice roof patio from which the view is breathtaking nice, one is simply dumbfounded if one stands there on top.
The meeting with our renter Kevin was very nice, he is very helpful and obliging.
With our next stay we will rent anyway again this great flat!
