More description of our home:
Home includes use of two color televisions, PC with high speed internet (or Wi-Fi available), DVD, VCR, CD players. Two “cruiser” and 2 mountain bikes are located in the garage, as well as a two person kayak to puruse the canals.
The master bedroom is probably the most romantic room you will ever stay in. With a luxury fabric lined canopy bed (King size), the room also features a walk in closet, fireplace and French doors opening up to the canal below. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, over-sized steam shower with two heads, bench, body sprayers, double vanity, all with pewter faucets.
One other bedroom has a fireplace, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
One car garage, and two parking spots in front of the garage allow for up to three cars, but there is plenty of street parking available.
Enjoy an active vacation on the beach, or visit the many local attractions which are an easy drive from this great Newport Beach location.

Please note: Our home is located in a quiet, family oriented street. If you are looking for a party house please choose a home closer to what is known as 'the war zone' (between 32th and 65th street on Seashore Ave) where there are more parties.
During the summer months we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
