Where 'ocean view’ and 'beachfront' are understatements!!!

This beachfront home has stunning architecture, views and location. With a somewhat funky, eclectic design and decor, it’s perfect for family, friends, or business getaways.

The kitchen/dining/living area is open and spacious with large windows facing the ocean. There are three very separate bedrooms, each with ocean views and sliding glass doors to patio or atrium areas. From inside or on the decks, you can enjoy a panoramic ocean view from Santa Cruz to Monterey.

Outdoor areas: there is an atrium deck off the kitchen/living room that is nice for sunning, BBQ, or dining. The decks off the living room and dining room are perfect for taking in the ocean air and views.

Pajaro Dunes is a private gated community with 1½ miles of sandy beaches on Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. It has 24-hour security, walking/biking/jogging trails, tennis courts, a playing field, and volleyball/basketball courts.

Wonderful Ocean-front vacation home

This is our second visit to this seaside vacation home which we shared with my sister's family. The unit has 5 star views of the ocean and is nicely laid out with two private master-type suites and a large 3rd room with two trundle beds and an additional twin in a nook. The kitchen is well-supplied and has great cookware if you like to cook. It is conveniently located at the head of the walkway from the parking lot. We've rented several units at Pajaro over the years and this is one of our favorites.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Pajaro Dunes Rental

We were three generations (6 of us) and it was a perfect spot. The bedrooms were in three separate areas so we weren't bumping into each other! The location was ideal, beautiful sunsets and the weather cooperated. The kitchen is equipped with everything, made cooking a pleasure. A few electrical problems but the staff came over immediately and corrected it all. We hope to stay there again.

GREAT Beachfront House!

Loved this place. Right on the beach with stairway to beach access one house away. Property was very clean and had all the amenities one needs. Plenty of supplies (TP, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters). No need to leave the property as the kitchen is fully equipped and well maintained. It's obvious that this home owner knows how to provide for their guests. Looking forward to next time!

Pajaro beach house

My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at this wonderful beachfront home. It was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed everything about this home except that we could not get the stereo working properly. I understand that is being fixed. Would recommend this to a family as there are multiple singles for the little ones to sleep in.

Owner's Response: I sincerely apologize for the stereo issue. The resolution is pending and in the meantime, I've put in a temporary replacement. I'm glad everything else worked out well for you.

Awesome Place

We had stayed at Pajaro before on the second row of houses and decided to "splurge" this year on a beach front house. This one was awesome!!!! It was so great to be able to sit on the deck and have cocktails and appetizers and watch the ocean and setting sun. The bedrooms are huge, the master bathroom is a work of art - the shower with the whales and dolphin tile is spectacular. Kitchen is stocked with every pot/pan/dish/cooking utensil you could need AND a good set of knives. I'd recommend this to just about anyone - there are stairs. The pictures don't do it justice- it's a plce with character. The owner and managment company were very helpful with our questions. Perfect get away!
