With a somewhat funky, eclectic design and decor, it’s perfect for family, friends, or business getaways. The kitchen/dining/living area is open and spacious with large windows facing the ocean. There are three very separate bedrooms, each with ocean views and sliding glass doors to patio or atrium areas. From inside or on the decks, you can enjoy a panoramic ocean view from Santa Cruz to Monterey. Outdoor areas: there is an atrium deck off the kitchen/living room that is nice for sunning, BBQ, or dining. The decks off the living room and dining room are perfect for taking in the ocean air and views. Pajaro Dunes is a private gated community with 1½ miles of sandy beaches on Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. It has 24-hour security, walking/biking/jogging trails, tennis courts, a playing field, and volleyball/basketball courts.
