Open floorplan, with natural sunlight. This beautiful home, with attached 2 car garage, overlooks Sleeping Giant Mountain, and Howelsen Hill. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops, a two minute drive from downtown, and six minutes from the Mountain. Comfortable mountain living, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and has wireless internet. One master bedroom with attached bath has king bed, TV with VCR, sleeps two. One master bedroom with attached bath has queen bed, TV with DVD/VCR, sleeps two. One bedroom with bunkbed (full on bottom, single-top), sleeps three. One bedroom with trundle-single/single (forms to king), sleeps two. One queen size pull-out sofa, sleeps two. One single size pull-out sofa, sleeps one. All beds have down comforters. Open and spacious living room upstairs, with gas fireplace. Large family room, downstairs with big screen TV and DVD with large sectional couch (seats ten).
