It is a beautiful unit with a VERY quiet ( I'd recommend it for couples only) , private setting in a perfect location. The boardwalk has restaurants all within walking distance and it is only a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed ourselves fully and would return. The owner was honest, quick to answer email inquiries,and pleasant to speak with.
The only negative is that there isn't a rental contract for weekly rentals although this site recommends it, but thankfully everything went as planned, no complaints and unit is as pictured.
On site laundry isn't listed but the building has it.
We recommend for things to do: a everglades airboat tour

We did not find a Favorite breakfast spot, but we are from Metro Detroit and are spoiled with a ton of amazing lil spots, so cook your own- the unit has a nice kitchen!
Tarks( lunch/dinner)- simple,very casual but the best oysters and gator bites we've ever had! Ate here 3 times in a week :)
Sonnys famous steak hoagies( lunch), simple,very casual but yummy!!!!!!
Blind Pig( dinner, great experience, good size portions)
