Enjoy oceanfront views from every room in this gorgeous corner unit in mid-town OC. All new appliances and freshly painted in 2009. Flat screen TVs all new in 2009, cable, DVD, VCR, and video game units for indoor entertainment. Lots of board games, books, and large kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit for staying in and close to many restaurants and activities for going out. Both bedrooms have all new furniture and mattresses for 2009, king size in master and 2 full size in 2nd bedroom. Private balcony has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom. Private lobby with elevator to the 6th floor to get to the unit. Underground parking during the off-season and assigned parking next to the pool on-season.
