Our charming newly refurbished studio is located in chic Tujunga Village, less than 1 minute walk to great shopping and local restaurants like the Aroma Cafe, one of our favorites for breakfast or lunch.

Set back from the street at the rear of the property the apartment is quiet and private with its own private patio and adjacent parking space. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing a meal if you don't feel like going out.

Amenities include Wireless Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc.

Charming Neighborhood, Cozy Apt!

What a wonderful alternative to a hotel! Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy, the apartment was the perfect housing for my recent visit to LA. After long days out and about, it felt like coming home in the evening. And, the fruit that Helen provided upon arrival was delicious.

The pied a terre is tucked away just down the street from locally owned restaurants and retail shops in Tujunga Village. It's also convenient to the freeway - making touring around LA County a breeze.

After seeing the apartment first hand, I dare say the photos don't do it justice! On future visits to LA, I'll definitely try to stay here! You should too!

Very cosy apartment, great neighbourhood

I had a great time here, the apartment is quiet, very well-kept and the private patio is definitively a plus (I even made a squirrel friend there).
The neighbourhood is great (there's a nice French-looking cafe next door and a few hip shops around).
Helen has been very helpful and it's always pleasing to see little details that counts : a basket full of fruits and sweets, flowers on the table, basic cooking stuff in the shelves (spices and so on)...
In a word, it's a win.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

SPOTLESS, FREE-STANDING, COZY PLACE IN BEST STUDIO CITY LOCATION

This place was really great: CLEAN, cute, size of hotel room with the feel of a 'bungalow' with a private entrance and across the street from a bunch of nice/quaint eateries, cafes ...it was great to walk across the street and get coffee and a muffin at Aroma Cafe.

Very convenient: close to Universal, and also zip up/down Laurel Canyon Blvd (20 mins/), and land in the heart of the chi-chiest part of West Hollywood, near the Chateu Marmont.

The best part was Helen. HELEN ROCKS!!! I had a key mishap, and she was beyond accommodating in helping me out.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

the best thing about this studio is the location. it is so close and within walking distance to the cutest shops ever. restaurants and shops are fabulous in this area and there is a supermarket you can walk to also. the apt had every necessity but was very very tiny. the area is very safe and definitely worth the price for a short stay. the apt was very clean and helen was extremely helpful with directions and any other questions.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
