Casa Montano is located just 3.5 miles to Disney. About 20 minutes from the airport and a quick 15 Mins to Seaworld, about 20 minutes to Universal. The closest full service grocery store and pharmacy are just 2 minutes away. Just off US 192 west of Disney, you are mere minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Check out the cruise nights at Old Town, just a few minutes east on the 192 - Interstate 4 is less than 5 minutes away - your gateway to the Outlet malls and other Orlando area attractions. The beaches are about an hour and fifteen minutes away.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME!: The living area is nicely furnished and has a 32 inch television, PlayStation 2 with games and DVD player. Free internet and local calls. The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels supplied for your stay. Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a private, screened in swimming pool and a spa, and a safety fence for children. Walk across the open field in the back and you will reach the Clubhouse and all the amenities it has to offer. Close enough to be convenient, yet far enough to maintain the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the house.

RESORT AMMENITIES: Windsor Palms is superbly situated, only 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World, and is widely regarded as one of the premier vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area. It is certainly one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why. The amenities are a major plus here and include a superb games room, a heated community pool, a fitness centre, internet cafe, club-house, outdoor BBQ area, movies and and bycicle rentals. At the club house you can arrange for shuttle service to the parks and outlet malls, discounted green fees (all paid locally). With tennis courts, basketball court and a volleyball court too, Windsor Palms does have it all. There is even a private 56 seat cinema on site as well.
