Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is at your whim ~ boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, kayaks, beach tent and more. Walk along the bluffs, watch the seals at the seal rookery, spot egrets at the salt marsh. Drive to nearby Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, and Santa Ynez wine country. Golf, hike, fish, mountain bike, and wine taste.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and spacious family room with comfortable seating and a pool table. Wonderful place to stay! The view of the ocean and the mountains is absolutely terrific. The location is ideal for a trip to the beach as well as the downtown area of Carpinteria or even taking a short trip to Santa Barbara and driving up the coast. The house is nice and spacious, we enjoyed a couple of games of pool while there. Excellent area to go biking as well. We plan on staying there again.
