3000 sq foot single family Lakehouse on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Ideal location about 8 miles South of Seneca Falls. Drive to the front door via private driveway. Large parking area enough room for 6-8 cars. House is Handicap accessible with a first floor suite equipped with private bath.
Total of 7 bedrooms – including 2 suites with private baths plus 1 1/2 additional bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area that looks onto the lake and walks out to an 600 sq foot wraparound deck (just feet away from the water). Large living room with 40 inch television seating for 8 comfortably. Large Sun porch that walks out to the deck - perfect for a lazy afternoons with a good book. Laundry room with washer and dryer and second refrigerator.
7 bedrooms (each have own TV) - 4 queens, 2 full size, 1 room with twins
Occupancy is ideal at 12 people total, non-smokers; pets are permitted
Saturday 3:00 p.m. check-in to Saturday 10:00 a.m. check-out. A 50% non- refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made; the balance (also non-refundable) is due two weeks prior to the reservation start date. A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
There is an abundance of things to do in the Finger Lakes region so much so you will need to come back for another week to accomplish everything. The best part is every trip away from the cottage is an adventure and you will likely end up finding a little surprise each time. Here is a list of things to get you started on your adventure.
