Two bedrooms, Two baths, sleeps 5+ crib. Granite kitchen, dishwasher, bar sink and pantry, dining room. High-end spa on deck adjacent to master suite. Hardwood floors & tile bath, gated parking with carport, wi-fi, cable, flat screen HD TV, DVD, central heat and air, very private, outdoor view patio & deck with seating and BBQ. Great neighborhood close to all freeways, Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, hip and trendy Echo Park/Silverlake, all with much less traffic than the crowded West Side.
