This newly renovated 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Cape has a Breathetaking Pool Area fully fenced in for the ultimate in privacy. This 3000 square foot Central Air Conditioned home is located on a Quiet Cul de Sac. The Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area with 10 foot center island makes for a great gathering spot. The Living Room boasts a 50'' plus Plasma over the Fireplace. The Master Bedroom is also on the main level with a private Floor to ceiling tiled bath with huge walk in shower. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a loft/ office that is great for staying in touch with the outside world if the need arises. The basement is finished as a second family room and also has a generous sitting area along with a 42'' Plasma TV. There is also a newly appointed twin bedroom on that level as well. You will have short walk to Greenland Pond which is 3 minutes from the front door or a 5-7 minute walk to one of Cape Cod's Largest Ponds : Long Pond!!! All Guests have private access to both.

Minutes away you can enjoy all the Cape has to offer from this centrally located community. Restaurants, Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Route runs right thru the heart of the town and if you decide to give it a try there are plenty of bike rental locations along the way. With this Great Location it is easy to go to the fishing village of Provincetown or to shopping in Hyannis. The fishing village of Chatham is only minutes from this location. All waters sports from swimming the salt water Bay or boating on Long Pond is always a great choice in this Lower Cape town. All the modern amenities are minutes away as well. A 10 screen movie theatre is on the outskirts of town as well as bowling, fishing, waterskiing .

Brewster has a 36 hole town facility that was voted top 100 in the country. The two 18 hole layouts are quite challenging and state and national events have been held there. The full service all grass driving range is one of the Cape's best practice areas. The clubhouse has a fully stocked pro shop and a full service restaurant with full liquor license. This is truly one of the Cape's best bets and you are less than 5 minutes from this house. There are other equally challenging layouts within15 minutes of this ideal location.
