6 Beds, 4 Full Baths, Sleeps 12! Ocean sunrises! Huge parking, 3 Car garage!

The sunrise on the beach is like no other, especially at the Sunrise Villa! This is a beautiful, well maintained and decorated home. Watch the waves come in while you have your morning coffee or your cool evening drink. This is a huge elegant home with 6 beds in 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, huge parking for trailers, bikes and a 3 car garage.

UPSTAIRS: 5 queen beds, 2 full baths. There's also a huge living room with balcony and great view!

DOWNSTAIRS: Big living room, Master Bedroom with king bed and full bath, another full bath off the living room for coming off the beach and a huge, fully stocked new granite/stainless kitchen! Laundry!

One walk out the back door and onto the beach and you're hooked! Close to grocery shopping/restaurants. 1 1/2 hr./Disney. 1 hr./St. Augustine. 1 1/2 hr./Orlando airport.

Our Dream Vacation in Daytona Beach

This had to be as close to a perfect vacation as possible. Our family of 11 arrived to find a more beautiful home than we imagined. The 4 bedroons gave everyone privacy but the huge living and dining areas let us enjoy each other without ever feeling cramped. There was never a wait for a bathroom. The short, convenient walk out the back to the beach was perfect - although we had lots of family time there, it was great that it didn't need to interfere with nap times or just inside relaxing time. Fantastic kitchen! We were able to fix meals and snacks because the appliances were up-to-date, the kitchen was spacious, and it was so well stocked. We had plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer in the laundry room saved so much time and money. The location is perfect for daily mini trips. We went to Walt Disney World for a day and the guys got to play golf another day. Although it is a quiet location, it is easy to get to grocery stores, gift shops, restaurants, and many other attractions. But we chose to spend most of our time just "hanging out" and bonding at this dream house. It was a wonderful vacation and we all hope we can go back there someday.

Wonderful Experience

This property is wonderful. Right on the beach and is just as described on the website. Clean, lots of towels, kitchen items. We rented this house with 2 other families and it was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Lots of space to relax, watch the sunrise and enjoy the beach.
Great people to deal with. Sandy made everything easy and we received our deposit back within a few days of returning home.
Thanks so much, we had a great time!

Relaxing vacation house

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was beautiful and quite and the backyard is huge (especially for beachfront property). Our entire family was quite comfortable in all of the rooms, and there are so many nooks and spaces to spread out in. The kitchen was recently redone and is where we spent most of our time. The owner and property manager were very easy to work with, and were quite responsive and detailed-oriented. We felt like we were in good hands so all around it was just the best house we could have found!

This house is outstanding!

I can't say enough about the quality of this house. It is spacious enough for privacy when you want it, yet provides plenty of room to get the family together. The view is excellent, and the location is convenient. My family and I had a wonderful week together and I would definitely want to stay here again.
