Hanalei Retreat's Malapua Hale is a 5 bedroom/3 bath 2 story unit. Malapua has spacious rooms, vaulted high ceilings and lots of light. Malapua (means Flower Gardens) because it looks out towards our beautifully landscaped private floral gardens. The large 450 sq.ft. screened-in upper lanai / dining area overlooks the Hanalei mountains with cascading waterfalls. There is a hot tub accessible from the ground floor common area which is shared with both homes. There is a gas grill, washer/dryer, and outdoor shower for each home. In Hawaiian, Malapua means Flower Gardens and Hale means Home. Malapua Haleis the perfect place to relax and let your cares drift away. Light and comfortable, the high vaulted ceilings give you an expansive feeling inside. Gorgeous views of our thoughtfully landscaped flower gardens and mountain waterfalls await you from the beautiful spacious screened lanai.
