This amazing house, designed by Victor Lundy, famous Modernist architect, is considered an Aspen treasure and one of the town's most important examples of Modernist Architecture. The house is nestled in the historic West End, easy walking distance to downtown, Aspen Mountain gondolas and restaurants. And Snowmass is just minutes away. This two story house is on a large corner lot with private garden/patio and views of Ajax Mountain and Triangle Park. Almost 2000 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths. All rooms are fully furnished. The great room has a 20' ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, with plenty of room to entertain, and includes a fireplace, cable TV, wireless internet, large dining room table that seats 10-12, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware/dishware. The master bedroom has large sky lights and floor-to-ceiling windows, with a queen bed and full bath.

The guest room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a queen bed (can substitute twin beds if needed), and full bath. Basement has full bath, many large storage closets, and laundry room with washer/dryer/ironing board/shelving. Off street parking in own driveway, 3 cars. The yard is planted as a natural garden with native flowers, trees and bushes that make a fence unnecessary and yet won't block spectacular views. You will be impressed indeed, with the structure and the beautiful surroundings.
