This luxury condo is completely brand new, exceptionally spacious and offers the most incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, the Malecon and Downtown Vallarta.

This condo has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with King beds, and the other with a Queen. There are 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite bathroom with a jet tub, full shower, walk-in closet, double sinks and beautiful fixtures. All rooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning throughout the entire condo.

The living room, kitchen and large outdoor terrace join to create the perfect atmosphere for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Glass partitions can be completely opened to reveal gorgeous ocean views and the perfect gentle breeze. The terrace is huge with a lounge area to enjoy breakfast, read a book or simply kick up your feet and take in the inspiring views. There is an outdoor table for dining, as well as a built-in outdoor grill.

The main living area has a flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and a great stereo system. There is also internet access, wifi throughout.

The gourmet kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, icemaker, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, complete dishware, cookware and utensils to satisfy all of your needs. There is also within the unit, a high quality washer and dryer.

Outside, take a dip in the vast infinity pool, while listening to the sound of the waves crash. Take an afternoon nap in a handsome hammock strung between the palms in the flawlessly manicured lawns. Take a walk along the artistic River Cuale and experience the charm of the locals.

This complex is oceanfront and located in the Romantic Zone of Vallarta. The Malecon is just steps away and leads to many delicious bistros, exciting nightlife, street performances, famous sculptures and long walks on the beach.

10 am checkout

I booked a 10 day stay at this apt 9 months ago and paid $4000. The owner claimed that when I booked that she called me to tell me about the 10am checkout on New Years Day but, in fact, the first time I spoke to her was about 2 weeks before my stay when she claimed to have told me about the 10am checkout. I NEVER would have made my plane reservations for 8 hours later had I known about the early checkout. She had no other guests arriving on New Year's Day other than herself who, by the way, had to vacate her place at 10am.
Additionally, the owner stopped by for 2 hours to change some furniture.
The apt. has no local phone, no security safe, and only 1 small TV in the living room.

We had a fabulous time in your beautiful home! Needless to say, the view is breathtaking and we spent most of our time on the decks enjoying it. We love to cook & enjoyed the bar-b-que....a great touch.

The weather was great every day, it's just making it very hard to go back to 50 degree weather in Seattle. Can't wait until our next Winter break in PV!
