Pocasset sits on Buzzards Bay where there is always a breeze for sailing. It's an hour drive from Boston, just over the Bourne Bridge and 15 minutes from Falmouth.

The home is equipped with WiFi, three cable TVs, and a washer/dryer on the main level. There is an outside shower and gas grill ready to use, along with deck furniture and beach chairs to use on your private beach. There is a secure garage for one car and parking for an additional 2-3 cars.
A cleaning service is provided in-between rental periods.
