The Mediterranea of Destin, Unit A402, is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with stunning, unobstructed Gulf views; not even the palms trees will block your view of the emerald waters and sugar white sand from our condo's balconies. The complex is perfect for couples and families alike. Our condo features a 'keyless' entry!

The master bedroom has a king bed,TV, DVD player and a spacious bathroom complete with a relaxing soaking tub. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom's private balcony. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and also features a private bath and balcony.

The living room is tastefully decorated. Sit back in comfort on the sofa and love seat while watching our 47 flat screen television. Step out on to the spacious balcony and you just might spot dolphins playing near the shore. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. Beautiful surroundings coupled with emerald waters and soft, white sand beaches make for a vacation you'll wish would never end!

About Gail

We spent many wonderful vacations with family & friends in Destin and decided to purchased our condo in June of 2003. We love the outstanding gulf views of the sand and waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our location is excellent...close to Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, many fine restaurants and golf courses. You can walk to Pompano Joe's for a quick bite to eat. We are a owner managed property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location

My husband and I and our two children stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute of this condo and the location. The condo is in building A which is on the right side of the complex (balcony faces east.) We could enjoy evenings on the balcony in the shade as the sun set behind us. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. We were 4 minutes and a short walk from the beach and the pool was great for the kids too. The condo was clean, well decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another notable thing about this property is how well designed it is to minimize noise. We slept well in a QUIET condo. (Not always our experience in the past.) This property was well worth the extra $ we spent to stay here and we look forward to returning in the future. Thanks Gail for all your help!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo unit. It had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The swimming pool was a great place to hang out and meet other families staying at the Mediterranea. We made lots of new friends. The private beach right in front of the condo was easy to get to and was the least crowed area. We plan to come back next year. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

"Beautiful"
Our stay at the Mediterranea of Destin was one of the most enjoyable visits ever. Decorated beautifully,this amazing condo allowed us to experience the comforts of home, with the exception of a breathtaking view of the aqua blue ocean waters. While sitting on one of the decks, we not only had the perfect view of the ocean, but the beautifully maintained grounds of a manicured lawn of grass and budding plants which were the framework for a gorgeous pool. We loved the location as well, so close to shopping and resturants. We cannot wait to get back!!!! Thanks Gail!!
