We built this winter vacation home in late 2007 through early 2009, and moved during February 2009. We are open to rental from June through December. WE DO NOT RENT BY THE WEEK - ONLY BY THE MONTH.
Newly built 5000 square foot Home, only three houses from the beach. On quiet North Lake Drive in Old Naples. One Block from Naples Beach and Golf Club.
This home has fabulous landscaping, a two car air conditioned garage and a large swimming pool with hot tub. You will also enjoy the large front porch and huge lanai - with summer kitchen, including built in Wolf grill and outdoor refrigerator. High end wicker furniture on all outdoor porches, side porches, lanai and outdoor dining area.
Sub Zero and Wolf appliances throughout the kitchen. Three separate dining areas - formal dining room (seats ten), kitchen dinette (seats six), outdoor summer kitchen (seats six-eight).
Seven Channel surround sound theater, with DVD, HDTV, Digital Cable, and IPod connection station. Speakers wired throughout house, lanai and summer kitchen. Two Story great room, enormous kitchen, study, five Sleeping Rooms (three rooms with King Beds), four full baths, two 1/2 Baths. All rooms newly furnished. Walnut floors throughout.
Master suite has huge closets, dual head shower, two toilets and a Jacuzzi.
Available for monthly rentals only, Sep 1, 2009 - Jan 4 2010, and from May 2010-end 2010.

My wife and I built this house over an 18 month period, and moved in for our first 'season' in February 2009. We were delighted beyond all expectations. We will continue to use our home personally during Jan-April, but are considering renting it out during the rest of the year. We built the home with our children (ages 12,15,17), and my mother-in-law in mind, making the house very comfortable, with an exceptional pool deck/lanai/summer kitchen for entertaining. Its a wonderful family home, and not at all a typical 'rental home'. This is why we are considering only 1-month rentals.

My family moved to Naples in 1946, and has owned many homes there since. I built this house within 2 blocks of my parents home, as well as my grandfathers home, as we expect to spend more time there in the coming years.
Our house is on a very quiet road - one of the shortest roads in Old Naples (only 2 blocks long). It is 3 homes away from the beach, 1 block to Naples Golf Club, and a short walk into the 5th Ave shops. Although its location is ideal, the home itself is so charming that you may want to spend time in the house. It is fabulous for entertaining.
This is truly the ideal rental home. It is large on the inside and the outdoor living area is comfortable and well laid out. Agree with the other reviews that this home is exceptional. The house is very functional and full of upgrades. Feels like a home from the first time you walk into it. Has plenty of space where people can go off and do their own thing if they choose. The lanai is spacious with sitting and dining areas. The pool is huge and the pictures do not do it justice. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute or so bike ride to fine dining and the pier. The home is in one of the very nicest areas of Naples. Very quiet. We have rented this home twice and it is a really special place.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. It is even better than advertised - new home, beach 200 yard away, quiet and peaceful setting. It's the best home we have ever stayed in in Naples.
This is a wonderful home with great ambiance and floor plan. Has beautiful pool and covered porch area. Located close to beach with the amenities of home. Very enjoyable stay. Would go back tomorrow!
We spent most of the month of August in this beautiful home with our children and extended family! It was all that was advertised and more. The house is clean and very well maintained. We lived outside by the amazing pool and relaxed on the lanai every single day. The beach is less than a block away and shopping, spas and restaurants were all super convenient. The homeowners were great to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back ourselves!
