Condo Elizabeth is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfectly located just a few steps from both the trendy Mamita’s Beach and the famous 5th avenue where its many restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach clubs and the Caribbean are waiting for you! This home sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the master suite, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds that can be made up as a king size, and uses the hallway bathroom. For groups of 6 we can supply you with an air mattress and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the living area is complete with Cable TV, and a DVD player. Just off the living area is a large outdoor pleasant terrace. Finally, enjoy the common area pool private to the Condominio Playa-In residents! Free wireless internet access is provided in the condominium. Seniors will also find this place convenient as it is on the ground floor.

Condo Elizabeth is located in downtown Playa del Carmen right off of 5th Avenue and only one block from Mamita’s Beach. 5th Avenue is a one of a kind pedestrian promenade that offers boutique shopping, and fine dining, as well as traditional Mexican culture. It is the single most walked Avenue in Mexico. Playa has a small town feel, but it boasts all the amenities that a traveler could want. This combination is what makes Playa so unique. Just on the outskirts of town you can visit the water park Xel Ha, or the theme park Xcaret. There is an abundance of Eco Touristic activities that you can experience including a jungle Zip Line or Kayaking in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. The area is perforated with natural Cenotes which offer a very unique diving experience. There is exceptional snorkeling & the diving just off of Cozumel, on the second largest barrier reef in the world. Not to mention the outstanding Sport Fishing. The wonders of the Mayan Culture are all around in the Ruins.
