Enjoy seclusion and breathtaking views from this 2 acre estate overlooking the Bay. This property is ideal for family reunions, small weddings and corporate retreats. When renting the estate, a small reception of less than 25 people is fine. Three homes share the hillside: A 5 bedroom home with large kitchen, seating for 15 inside and 12 on the Lanai, a Game Room with BumperPool, Poker, Foosball and Kareoke as well as a large living room and TV Room. A 1 Bedroom Guest House over the Garage and a 3 bedroom vacation home halfway down the Driveway. A private Tennis Court with Basketball hoops, Ping-Pong, Air Hockey and all the beach gear you could want are also included.
