The home features your own private extra large in ground swimming pool, huge wrap-around second-story decks for sunning or taking in the views and breeze of the cool blue Atlantic. You will enjoy the huge flat screen TV and fabulous use of light and space in this architect-designed beach home. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins and a futon will sleep eight with plenty of room for privacy. The owners have done a remarkable job updating this home to standards that are hard to find in the St. Augustine market. The location is ideal too. Atlantic view is close to everything St. Augustine has to offer, but blissfully quiet, too. The street has virtually no traffic and the beach is one of our favorites in N.E. Florida. At night, thanks to the streets 'dark sky' policy, you can enjoy billions of stars as the moon rises over the sea.

The Bohemian is located on a quiet residential street in the south end of St. Augustine Beach. The home has incredible views and breezes off the ocean. The beach has pristine white sand and rolling sand dunes. You can enjoy the surf or rest peacefully by the private pool. Charming downtown St. Augustine with all its history is just minutes away as is the St. Augustine amphitheater, with numerous concerts throughout the year. Deep sea fishing, kayaking, biking, paragliding, ghost tours and many other activities are all available right here.
