Casa Picassa is a luxury pool side condo located on the first floor in Sueno del Mar, Huatulco’s newest (2009) 5 star condominium project overlooking the Bay of Chahue.

This building offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the Chahue beach, and the uniquely designed pool and surrounding tropical gardens. Relax on your own private lanai or socialize, exercise or chill-out around the 80’ pool or on the viewing deck lapping up the sun, sea and tropical life. As the sun sets enjoy an evening around the fully equipped outdoor BBQ/Kitchen area.

These beautifully furnished units are centrally located between the charming towns of Santa Cruz and La Crucesita. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and major attractions.

Wow, what a place, what a location in Huatulco!

We are somewhat reluctant in recommending this place because that would reduce the chance of us getting it again.. The condo was very clean, spacious and all the ammenities you need for a fantastic holiday. It was secluded, very quiet and just steps from a very well maintain pool. The complex is within 10 minute walk for groceries, 20 minute walk to Santa Cruz and 30 minute walk to La Cruceucita. The area is very clean, the local people are extremely friendly, there are lots of beachs for water sports avilable, mountain tours, crocs and turtles to see. There are excellent eating places at very reasonable prices. And the weather, wow, 30+ every day with blue skies. A highly recommended condo and place for a very relaxing holdiay.
