Pool Area:
Cool off in the 10m x 5m infinity salt-water pool. Outdoor entertaining and dining are complemented by the barbeque rancho with a sit-up bar, sink, and mini fridge. The covered gazebo at the other end of the pool is designed for dining, lounging, and, occasionally, whale-watching! Access to a 2-piece washroom is convenient to the pool. Pool towels and toys are provided.
Great Room:
The spacious Great Room includes dining and entertaining areas. Wet bar, equipped with stem ware and mini fridge, is located in the dining area. Table comfortably seats 12. Sit-up breakfast bar accommodates 4. Lounge area includes sofa and lounge chairs, 42' TV with satellite reception, DVD player, stereo system, and large library of books, movies, and games. 2-piece washroom accessible from the Great Room at the front door. Large screened doors open onto the pool and a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
Accommodation:
The casa accommodates up to 10 persons in two identical bedroom wings. Each wing has a master bedroom (king), and a secondary bedroom (double & single). All bedrooms are equipped with individually-controlled air conditioning. All linens and towels are provided.
