Shanty Creek is a 4,500 acre resort featuring 4 courses of Championship golf and 49 ski slopes on 2 mountains. The resort also offers several restaurants, shops, and a private beach club. This Northern Michigan area is home to wineries, orchards, boating, fishing, hiking, the Grand Travers Bay, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. This is a sportsman's paradise. Within an hour's drive is the Interlochen Center for the Arts which holds concerts and events throughout the year featuring artists from all disciplines (music, dance, comedy, performing arts).
