Island Walk is a gated community set apart by its own Town Center, which includes a market place, deli/ice cream shop, gas pumps, car wash, beauty shop, library, and post office. The community also includes a tennis pavilion with six lighted, Har-tru tennis courts and stadium seating, a fully equipped fitness center, bocce courts and a heated lap pool. There is so much to do in Island Walk that it employs a full-time activities director to coordinate events for residents on property. The home that sits on a lake with wonderful water views, a grand living room, and a large extended lanai with a two car garage. Naples has upscale shopping, and fabulous restaurants. The home is just minutes from the cosmopolitan downtown area. Beaches, fishing, boating, golf courses, and the Ritz Carlton. Naples is a winter escape with warm weather and cool nights second to none.

Island walk community is built upon and extended lake in which the houses set directly on the water and have the amenities of a local club house, a community pool, a lap pool, tennis courts, bocce ball courts and a pitch and put green. Naples has too many golf courses to mention and Island walk borders on one of them that is open to the public.

Rental Terms: The community requires a minimum 4 month rental and approval. We prefer no smokers and no pets. Renter pays for electric, water, phone and water. Cable and Internet is extra. Deposit: Security deposit and extra month's rent returned within 15 days of departure after inspection and appropriate deductions. Departure Cleaning fee: hourly rate and deducted from security deposit. Reservation deposit: First and last month rent due in advance plus security deposit as required, with balance due 90 days prior to arrival. No refund if canceled within 50 days of arrival date. If canceled more than 90 days in advance, the initial deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
