Beautifully situated right on the harbor overlooking the entrance to the harbor, the lighthouse and the boats moored on the harbor. Lay in bed or sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. Egrets right in front and the creeks right down the street. Charlie Sayles Fish Market right down the street to get fresh, cooked lobster to have right on your private deck. New stainless steel appliances, but kept the wood interior to keep the feel of being on a boat. Walk into town, to the restaurants, docks and boats Great fireplace. Swim right in front and go clamming.
