Luxury, gulf front condominium offers beautiful view of crystal clear waters and white beach sand. Just renovated and professionally decorated, this unit has new furniture throughout and includes beautiful English antiques. The kitchen has been renovated and includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located on the seventh floor, incredible views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, master and guest bedrooms. Master and guest rooms have king beds and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 2 trundles.

The St. Maarten building is the most desired because it is closest to the gulf, with no view obstructions. It also includes a semi-private elevator that opens directly to your room. Free high-speed internet is also included.

Silver Shells is the most lavish gulf-front resort in Destin. It has several pools, including a 7,500 square foot lagoon pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, fitness center, European spa, four tennis courts and basketball courts, all on-site. For dining, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located on-site, as well as a beachfront bar and grill. It is also conveniently located by amusement parks, golf, shopping and everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation.

Perfect Spring Break Condo

We absolutely loved our Spring Break week in the beautifully decorated condo (3 Moms & 6 Teenage Girls) Such a beautiful view from the balcony & right on the beach!! The condo had everything you need to cook meals in and even an extra icemaker. Also, the yummy Back Porch restaurant was right around the corner, if you didn't feel like cooking.

Tammie was great to work with. This was our first time booking on VRBO and she made it so easy.

We would highly recommend this condo!

Beyond 5 stars!

I've stayed in more condos in St Maarten than I can keep count of anymore. Some have been average and some pretty good but this one was excellent! Tammy was so wonderful and easy to work with that I even began to wonder if this was the real deal. I can honestly say I've never had such a great experience with renting directly from an owner. This condo has all the extras you could possibly need to make for an amazing vacation. The kids loved all the beach toys, we loved the chairs, and the ice maker.......first condo I've ever seen with an extra ice maker. That was genius! I'm so sad that I didn't come sooner to book this years vacation. It's already booked the week we'll be there or else we'd be back for sure! Tammy, I reviewed this the week we left but I don't see my review so I'm adding it again. People need to know just how awesome this place is! Thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful Stay

My wife & I decided to spend the month of December in Destin for all our children were celebrating in different parts of Texas. We had been to Destin several times before but after reading all the reviews on this condo located in St. Maarten we decided that we had made the right decision. Wow-When we arrived and stepped off the elevator directly into the condo we knew that a month wouldn't be enough. The view to the ocean is amazing and the balcony was large with tables and chairs for all. The kitchen is well equipped and glasses for any type of drink to watch the sunset each evening. I certainly enjoyed the gym which consisted of two buildings-one for cardio and the other with all types of muscle building equipment. Unground parking was excellent with great security. The condo is beautifully furnished and the location at Silver Shells can't be beat for there are excellent restaurants close by.

Tammie is the owner and was extremely easy to work with. She arranged everything to be perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend her unit any time of the year.

Lovely condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and in a terrific location - two doors down from the Back Porch restaurant -- and close to everything. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, workout facilities, several outdoor pools, playground, etc. Beautiful beach. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and we had more than enough room. Parking is easy, elevator opens directly into unit, beautiful view from the condo, great sand toys and chairs in condo, etc. Tammie was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful, meticulous, beachfront unit. The nicest we have ever had the opportunity to stay in. Thank you for thinking of everything possible, Tammie. I have recommended your unit to my sister, who comes and stays in the St. Maarten building for a week each spring. The location is central to everything. Hopefully, the weather will be a little nicer for our next visit, though. Overall, wonderful week!

This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not permitted.
Damage/Reservation deposit – 25% of rental fee due when reservation is booked. This deposit is automatically applied toward rent. Property damage protection for $49 must also be purchased through the VRBO website. This policy is for $1,500 coverage and for accidental property damage only. Renter will be responsible for extra charges due to excessive cleaning or trash removal, smoking, pets, etc. This fee will be sent via payment request through VRBO/Homeaway.
The balance of rent is due fifteen (15) days before your arrival date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will forfeit ½ of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit the entire deposit. If the property can be rented to another party at the full rate, the owner will reimburse the entire deposit. All attempts will be made to rent the property to another party.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons.
Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. Individual making reservations must be present during the full rental period. The individual renting must also be at least 26 years old.
Storm Policy – No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather. Full refund will be given for days of evacuation due to hurricane.
The unit is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
